GHB&PBW 36 Hole Stroke Play Tournament 2016
Our annual 36 Hole stroke play tournament was held on Sunday 11th September at Napier Golf Club. A beautiful sunny day was the order and that’s we got!
Dallas Williams showed his class winning the Mens Gross competition with a total of 141, with Mako Thompson the runner up with 143. Russell Mitchell was third on count-back from Stu Duff, both players going around in 144.
In the nett section Gregory Eketone won the day with a nett 136 from Cosmo Graham on 142 and Blake Burton 143.
In the Women’s gross section Tessa McDonald was a clear winner with 150 from Angela Jones on 153 and 5 shots back to Sara Deam in 3rd place with 158.
Women’s nett saw Pip McCarthy a 10 shot winner with 140, Deb Ruwhui second on count-back with 150, which Martha Manaena scored also to finish 3rd.

Congratulations to all the winners and off course to everybody else for taking part. A big thank you to the Napier Golf Club for making the course available and again to Allan and Marilyn Forrest, who work so hard to put it all together.
