Women's Champ of Champs 2015

The annual Women’s Champion of Champions and NZ Gross Stableford Rosebowl team events were held at Poverty Bay Golf Club on Monday 16th. Conditions were challenging, with steady rain falling for most of the day, however the course was in great order and some very good scores were achieved despite the weather.

Eight teams competed in the Rosebowl competition, which was won again this year by Napier with 126 points, the team comprising Kate Chadwick, Debra Boyens, and Judy Farquharson. Maraenui were the runners-up, with 113 points.

The Senior Champ of Champs was comfortably won by Kate Chadwick. Noeleen Grace of Gisborne Park took out the Intermediate competition, and Peri Gayford of Poverty Bay won the Junior section. Herora Brown of Hawkes Bay GC won the 9 Hole section.
