Coronation Cup 2025 Finals

The finals weekend for the Coronation Cup for 2025 took place on Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th May at Hawkes bay Golf Club.

It saw Te Pohue, Karamu, Pongaroa & Dannevirke seek to get their name on the Coronation Cup for 2025.
Thank you to Hawkes Bay for hosting it was a fantastic weekend with the course presented in fantastic condition.
It was a great weekend of golf played by all the teams with it coming down to the match between Pongaroa & Karamu on Sunday to determine who won the trophy for 2025. Pongaroa were in the box seat only needing a half to win whereas Karamu had to win.

Pongaroa proved too strong coming away with a 8-4 win.

Congratulations to Pongaroa who went 3/3 to take the trophy for 2025.

Overall standings:

1st: Pongaroa 6pts (23.5 games)
2nd: Karamu 3pts (16.5 games)
3rd: Te Pohue 3pts (16.0 games)
4th: Dannevirke 0pts (16.0 games)

Thank you to all clubs for participating this season it was great to have  all teams participate this season.
